We collect traveller names, dates of birth, contact details and booking identifiers so we can search, revalidate and ticket flights. We may disclose that information to airlines, reservation systems, payment providers and government authorities, including recipients outside Australia, where needed to arrange travel.

We do not ask you to send full card numbers by ordinary email. Payment card data entered at checkout is processed for authorisation and is not stored as a complete card number on this website.

Operational messages about a booking are not marketing. Marketing needs consent and an unsubscribe method.
